FUNCTION
Colorless and transparent liquid (at high purity), may appear pale yellow due to trace amounts of free chlorine or impurities, has an extremely low pH value (1% solution pH is about 1.0), and has strong acidity. It needs to be sealed and stored in an acid resistant container to prevent volatilization and absorption of moisture. Long term exposure to air may lead to a decrease in concentration (due to volatilization). High temperature may accelerate decomposition or increase volatility. It is recommended to store at a temperature of ≤ 30 ℃ and avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environments.
APPLICATION
Mainly used for adjusting the pH value of the anode solution for ion exchange membrane caustic soda electrolysis, regenerating resin towers, and producing high-purity products such as pharmaceuticals.
STORAGE
Keep the warehouse cool, dry, well ventilated, and away from sources of fire, heat, and incompatible substances. Strictly seal with corrosion-resistant materials to prevent volatilization and moisture absorption. The recommended storage temperature is ≤ 30 ℃. Avoid high temperature environments to prevent accelerated volatilization or decomposition. Store strictly in separate areas with alkalis, oxidants, active metals, organic compounds, and food raw materials. Do not come into contact with heat sources, sources of fire, or direct sunlight.
