Inorganic phosphorus chemicals
Phosphorus trichloride is widely used in industries such as pesticides, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and fragrances. It can be used in the production of pesticides (such as dichlorvos), pharmaceutical raw materials (such as piperazine), dyes (such as naphthylamine), essence and spices, and is also an intermediate product in the production of phosphorus oxychloride and phosphorus pentachloride.
Widely used in the production of pesticides, pharmaceuticals, dyes, phosphate ester flame retardants, and plastic plasticizers, as well as in the chlorination reaction of long-acting sulfonamide drugs. It is an intermediate in the production of dyes, a chlorinating agent and catalyst for organic synthesis, a uranium ore extractant, a solvent for liquid-liquid extraction in nuclear fuel reprocessing, and a phosphorus diffusion agent in the semiconductor industry.
Phosphorus pentachloride is mainly used as a chlorination reagent for alcohols, carboxylic acids, amides, aldehydes, ketones, and enols, as well as a Beckmann rearrangement reagent. It is also used as a chlorinating agent and catalyst in organic synthesis, and is a raw material for the production of pharmaceuticals, dyes, chemical fibers, as well as for the production of chlorinated phosphazenes and phosphoryl chlorides. Phosphorus pentachloride is used as an upstream raw material in the lithium hexafluorophosphate industry chain, while downstream lithium hexafluorophosphate is mainly used to produce electrolytes for power batteries, ultimately applied in consumer terminals such as new energy vehicles.
Mainly used for N-type doping of chips, it is a liquid phosphorus source for the production of integrated circuits, solar cells, fiber preforms, separation devices, etc. Especially in the chip manufacturing process, electronic grade phosphorus oxychloride is an essential electronic chemical, and it is also a raw material for the production of high-purity phosphate esters.
Sodium phosphate is mainly used in industries such as oil fields, papermaking, textiles, printing and dyeing, petroleum, chemical, leather, metallurgy, and building materials as a soft water agent, buffering agent, flotation agent, dispersant, and high-temperature binder.
